Ask a question:

I did not receive the credentials (username and password), where and how can I get it?

Solution

Due to the technological improvements to the PRAIS system, the preparation of the national report can start anytime, without logging into the reporting platform. The reporting templates are available as fillable PDF files. From the UNCCD website, without any password, you can download the appropriate template to your computer and use it to compile your national report. You can edit and save the draft report as many times as you need before its finalization and formal submission.

Submission of national reports will be done through the new on-line reporting portal (PRAIS-2) for which credentials will be needed. All national focal points and reporting officers will have received an email with their username and password and a link through which to send in their report.

If you have not received this information, please check the following:

  1. Contact your national focal point to ensure your information is registered correctly with the UNCCD secretariat.
  2. The information was sent by email, so please check your email inbox and your spam folder to find the email with the subject line "UNCCD PRAIS 2 on-line portal" sent from "no_reply@unccd.int".
  3. If you received the credentials before, but lost your password, you can request to reset it here: http://prais2.unccd-prais.com/user/password --> Please make sure to enter either the username you created or the email address through which you received the credentials.
  4. If you have lost your login credentials you can also request new ones through the helpdesk system on www.unccd.int/reporting
